A key differentiating step visually, was to move away from the traditional dark blue so prevalent in the sector to a bright 100% magenta that's been adopted whole heartedly across all the brand touchpoints.

Another innovation was making use of technology to optimise internal communications, paperwork and invoicing for greater flexibility and efficiency and a significant reduction in paper usage which also benefits the environment.
